Breakfast:

1-cup of strawberry/spinach/banana smoothie w/ 1 tsp flax seed oil
4 oz Yogurt and three strawberries.

Lunch:

Tofu burger
w/ lettuce
Tomato
onions
and a whole wheat bun

Snack:

4 oz Yogurt w/ 1 tsp flax seed oil.

Dinner:

Grilled salmon
w/grilled mushrooms, squash, and bell peppers.

Dessert:

1 slice of Organic no extra sugar added whole wheat crust apple pie.

Exercise:

1:00 pm 20 minutes of elliptical
10:00 pm 10 minutes on elliptical
