Slight cold and a slight headache

Breakfast:

Strawberry/Banana/Blueberry/Spinach smoothie.

4 Strawberries
2 bananas
8 blueberries
Handful of spinach
1-cup chocolate silk soymilk
1 cup of light and fit non-fat strawberry/banana yogurt
1-cup water

Lunch:

1 vegan Italian sausage
A side salad w/ raspberry vignette
1-cup water

Snack:

5 Blackberries
2 strawberries

Dinner:

1 whole-wheat pita bread
1 vegan non-turkey with avocado patty (stripped)
1 slice vegan provolone taste non-dairy cheese
A handful of mixed salad
1 tsp organic mustard
1 glass water

Exercise:

1:00 pm 10 minutes of elliptical
8:00 pm 10 minutes on elliptical
